(this is Alyssa typing again)
Early this afternoon the doctors decided that Andersen needed to be transfered to Peoria. His oxygen intake was up to 51% and they had detected a heart murmer. So around 12:00 2 medics arrived from St. Francis to transfer Andersen. It took them 20-30 mintues to get all of his tubes and wires switched over to their machines. Then they placed him in the incubator and off they went! My mom drove over to Peoria so that she can be with Andersen while he is there. Mandy is doing well. God is sustaining her in so many ways. She is so strong right now. You can feel His perfect peace when you are in her presence.
The way things are looking right now Andersen will be in the NICU for about 14 days. Mandy's nurse told her that there is a chance she might able to visit him in Peoria tomorrow. Please pray that this happens for her!
Kid update -
Alexander, Clare, Chloe and Braden are all very proud big brothers and sisters. They each took a picture of Andersen to school today to show him off. Please continue to pray for them as they are away from their mom and have only seen their baby brother through a glass window. There is so much change happening. As of now they are doing awesome and hanging in there like troopers. This may get more difficult as the days go by. Another thing to pray for... Chloe, woke up with the stomach flu last night. She is doing great today, feeling TONS better but please pray that the germs are not spread!!!
Here are several pictures that my mom was able to get over the past 24 hours.
Keep praying!
Thanks friends, Alyssa

Still praying like crazy in Clinton! It is so obvious how active God is in the lives of his children! I can't imagine the heartache of being separated from on of my children, but we know that this is the best thing for Andersen, and I will be in constant prayer that God wraps Mandy in his peace and understanding, and helps strengthen little Andersen's body!
In Him,
Kristi
Mandee - I am praying for you and precious Andersen. What a miracle baby you have! I pray God will continue to strengthen you both! Praying for your other kiddos as well!
Blessings - Sherry Semlow
